RateServer® and TRANSPay®

RateServer® a powerful multi-mode freight contract management and freight cost reporting software recently enhanced to accurately calculate railroad mileage based fuel surcharges.

RateServer® supports multi-mode freight rates - rail, truck, LTL, and marine. The system allows freight negotiators to maintain accurate freight contracts and offers a powerful rating engine that calculates freight costs down to the penny. RateServer® accrues freight costs on every shipment for further analysis and freight payment via TRANSPay®.

TRANSPay® provides freight payment processing – match-pay as well as auto-pay.

TRANSPay® optimizes cash flow management and reduces manual efforts related to freight payments. By calculating the best time for disbursement of funds, TRANSPay® allows you to take advantage of early payment terms, pay freight invoices on time, and avoid all penalties.

The new MBFSC processes impact accounts payable processes.  TRANSPay® allows for reliable, line-item billing and auto-pay freight payment options to manage these new processes.
