with over ten years experience in transportation management and freight rating and payment
systems. BDS has been very successful in marketing its
software products due to a strategy of constant consideration and implementation of user
suggestions which we believe improves the functionality of the software and thus its
future marketability. In addition, BDS' software products are extremely price

software products store their data on professionally designed, industrial strength
databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. The screens and interfaces are
developed using PowerBuilder, a tool which provides for fast turnaround on new
functionality from customer requests.
BDS' flagship software, RAILTRAC®
Fleet Manager is
currently licensed at over 50 sites in the U.S. and Canada and assists transportation
departments in the management of their rail transportation assets.
BDS' freight rating software's, RateServer® and TRANSPay®
provide robust functionality in the areas of freight contract and rate management, rate
calculation, freight payment, allocation, and cash flow management. Transportation
modes of rail, truckload, and LTL are supported with marine and pipeline modes to be
offered soon.
